With an intense desire to be a beacon of hope globally, she attended the GEMSTONE Leadership Institute’s Executive Coaching Certificate Program where she became a certified Executive Coach. She is popularly recognized as The Excellent Life Coach who inspires, motivates and challenges executive women to attain personal and professional excellence and all round success.

In 2015, Bola Matel-Okoh was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Wema Bank PLC, where she continues to exhibit skills in corporate governance, risk managememt, and advanced strategic planning. Her directorial role has been enriched by training from globally renowned institutions such as IMD in Lausanne Switzerland, INSEAD in Fontainebleau France as well as Harvard Business School in Boston USA.
In 2022, she founded BMO Advisory Sevices, a coaching and leadership development firm with a focus on women’s empowerment. Her certification from the Gemstone Leadership Institute enables her as an Executive Coach guide female C-suite and board members to attain their full leadership potential.
Recognized as the “Super Achiever” Peak Performing Woman of the year 2023, she is also honored to be listed among Leading Ladies Africa’s 100 Most Inspiring Women 2024 and ABCD Africa’s 100 Most Impactful Voices 2024.
